By submitting a course booking request through this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
Booking Requests
All bookings submitted via this website are treated as booking requests only. Bookings will be confirmed to you via email at which time you will be sent a request for payment.
Payment
Upon booking you also consent to the obligation to pay. Payment is due within 30 days of the date of the invoice or at least 48 hours before the start of the course, whichever is sooner. The delegate and firm and/or organisation placing the booking shall be jointly and severally liable for payment of the fee. Once payment has been received you will be issued with a VAT invoice.
Cancellation and refunds
All cancellation requests must be in writing. No cancellations can be made more than 14 days after the request for booking is submitted. If your cancellation is within 14 days of the booking date and more than 48 hours before the course then we will refund you in full where payment has been made.
Joining instructions and technical
Following payment you will be sent joining instructions by email. It is your responsibility to ensure that our technology is compatible with your systems. VATSkills Ltd is not responsible for any technical issues which arise as a result of your failure to ensure compatibility. You acknowledge that VATskills Ltd is not liable or responsible for any delay, disruption or disturbance in the operation of the internet.

The course and any supporting materials are prepared solely for training purposes and are not a substitute for tax or legal advice. Presenters, authors and VATskills Ltd will not accept responsibility for loss howsoever occasioned to any person or persons arising from any reliance; including but not limited to reliance on any content for the purposes of giving advice to third parties. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit or affect any loss or damage for death or personal injury as a result of VATskill’s negligence. A person who is not a party to this agreement shall have no rights under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of its terms. These conditions shall be subject to English law and any dispute and/or difference shall be determined by proceedings in the English courts.
