By submitting a course booking request through this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions and the obligation to pay.

Booking Requests

All bookings submitted via this website are treated as booking requests only.

A booking is not considered confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation email from us within 48 hours of submission.

Prices & Fees

  • All prices displayed on the website are per delegate, unless stated otherwise.

  • Course prices include attendance only and do not include any additional costs unless explicitly stated.

Payment Terms

  • By submitting a booking request, you agree to the obligation to pay for the booking once it is confirmed.

  • Payment terms are 30 days from the invoice date or 48 hours before the course start date, whichever is earlier.

  • Full payment must be received before the course date to secure attendance.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

  • Cancellation terms will be confirmed in the booking confirmation email.

  • Refund eligibility may vary depending on the course and timing of cancellation.

Delegate Changes

  • Delegate substitutions may be allowed with prior written notice.

  • Any changes to delegate details must be communicated before the course start date.

Course Changes & Availability

We reserve the right to:

  • Amend course content, dates, times, or presenters where necessary

  • Cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances

If a course is cancelled by us, you will be offered either:

  • A full refund, or

  • An alternative course date

Course Delivery

  • Courses are delivered live online, unless otherwise stated.

  • Joining instructions will be provided prior to the course date.

  • It is the delegate’s responsibility to ensure suitable internet access and equipment.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, including slides, recordings, and documentation, remain the intellectual property of the course provider.

Materials may not be copied, shared, or distributed without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss

  • Technical issues beyond our reasonable control

  • Losses arising from inaccurate information provided during booking

Our total liability shall not exceed the total course fee paid.

Data Protection

Personal data collected during the booking process will be used solely for:

  • Processing and managing course bookings

  • Sending booking confirmations and related communications

We handle all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
