Terms & Conditions (VAT specialist training)
To attend the course we require that you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
Payment and pricing
You consent to the obligation to pay.
The price is as set out in our separate written correspondence.
There will be no price increases for the first four sessions. After four sessions prices will be reviewed but will only be amended by mutual consent.
Payment is due within 30 days of our request for payment or at least 48 hours before the start of the course, whichever is sooner. Depending on your preference we will either invoice you quarterly in advance of each live training session or annually for four quarters.
Once payment has been received you will be issued with a VAT invoice.
Length of commitment, cancellation and refunds
Upon agreeing to these terms and conditions, you commit to four quarterly updates.
After the first four quarterly updates, the agreement is rolling and you or VATSkills Ltd may cancel at any time.
All cancellation requests must be in writing.
Session dates
Potential session dates will be sent to you by poll.
You agree to use your best endeavours to respond promptly to this poll and to make yourself available for the dates of live training sessions. VATSkills Ltd will make every endeavour to arrange date(s) that are convenient for all attendees.
If for any reason it is not possible to find a mutually agreeable date then we reserve the right to provide you with a session recording in lieu of a live session.
If you are unwell or unforeseeably unable to attend on the date then if another session is available we will try to accommodate you in this. However, if this is not possible then we reserve the right to provide you with a session recording in lieu of a live session.
